SESSIONS

Sessions are available at a location of your choice and must be booked at least 1 week in advance. Your session includes a telephone consultation, travel time to your location of choice, 2 or more hours of the photographer's time and talent, photo processing, and a password protected online proof gallery. Because outdoor portraits are dependent on natural light, every effort will be made to schedule outdoor sessions in the early morning or late afternoon hours when the sun is not at its harshest.

When scheduling your session, please keep your child's schedule in mind and arrange it during the hours of the day when your child is the most rested and in the best mood. We will take the time to accommodate your child with snack breaks, diaper changes, feeding sessions, etc. to make the session as relaxed and fun as possible. Please bring only those family members and friends who will be in the photos with you to your session.

All sessions require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Rescheduling is permitted once free of charge. Additional rescheduling is $50.

CLOTHING CHOICES

The clothing that you choose will set the tone for your portraits. For a timeless look, choose classic clothing without stripes, logos, or bold prints as they distract from the subject of the photo. If your session will involve more than 1 person, keep coordinating colors and styles in mind. Please feel free to bring more than 1 change of clothing along with different props such as hats, scarves, favorite toys, etc. for some more variety and fun.

PROOFING GALLERY

Within 14 days of your session you will receive notification that your gallery is ready for online viewing. Your session name and password will be provided to you at this time to allow you to enter the 'Online Proofing' pages. Your gallery will be available for viewing and ordering for 1 month. After this time, your gallery will expire and a $10 fee will be charged to reinstate your proofing gallery. This login information can be passed on to others for their viewing and ordering ease as well.
